Djurwa at the Women of WARR Leadership Breakfast

Djurwa Recycling and Waste Management was proud to attend the recent Women of WARR Leadership Breakfast at the Fullerton Hotel, where Djurwa Director and BINGO Industries’ Executive General Manager, Sales & Marketing, Tara Osborne, spoke as a featured guest.

Amanda Borg, Djurwa’s Corporate Development Coordinator, joined the event to support Tara as she shared her journey through education and career transitions that led her to the Waste Industry. Over her eight years at BINGO, Tara has held a range of leadership roles and highlighted the importance of resilience, teamwork, and sustainable innovation.

Tara also spoke openly about balancing a demanding leadership role with family life, and how setting clear boundaries has been essential in navigating both.
